Trade Harvin for a couple of decent receivers. He obviously has an attitude that doesn't help this team.

xyzzy72, how does an injury equate to "obviously" having a bad attitude? His pre season problem was that he felt he did not get the ball enough. He was right about that and the Vikings coaches agreed and made Harvin a much bigger contributer in the game plan. Harvin is a dynamic playmaker, one of the toughest players in the NFL, and it would be foolish to trade him.

Pretty hard to win in the NFL when you have one receiver and he can't play.

As long as Ponder is the QB, Harvin's ankle will be sprained.

Harvin knows this club is headed for a 6-10 season this year and he also knows that he will never win a Super Bowl in a viking uniform.

Harvin needs to go. First it was the headaches. Now its this slow-healing ankle sprain. If he goes someplace that he wants to be I predict we'll see a very durable player.

Vikings could have signed Packer wide receiver James Jones, last year or the year before, when Jones was a free agent. Jones has 495 receiving yards this year. Jones would look very good in purple, and given Ponder a legitimate wide receiver target. Thank Spielman, for us not having James Jones.
