True enough she has a tough job. The toughest job? Probably class room teacher or school social worker ... followed by city resdient- paying property taxes on artifically propped up property values to pay for reduced services and increased stadium facilities for billionaires.

April 5, 2013 with another report of a payout for violent and criminal behavior on the part of the MPD. Chief Harteau has been with the deprtment a long time and she will likely change nothing. I saw a comment about them cracking down on violent street gangs. They should start by cleaning up their own gang. Just a bunch of thugs.
