Here is a brief synopsis of foreign-policy challenges facing President Obama.
President Obama approaches his second term with an eye to his legacy in foreign policy. ******** Good Idea, since his legacy on the economy will be in the crapper.
firefight: It's too bad you can't see the positives that Obama has helped to bring since 2009. I don't like the additional debt anymore than anyone else. And I am not a socialist. But I remember my investments dropping 40% from July 2008 to March 2009 as the Dow dropped over 5,000 points. I remember my house and others losing 30% or more of its value. I remember McCain suspending his campaign to rush to Washington to try to help keep us from falling into a depression. I remember private sector companies shedding 500,000 to 750,000 jobs per month from October 2008 to June 2009. I remember the jobless rate spiking at over 10%. I remember the predictions that two of the Big Three car companies would cease to exist. We've come a long way since then. Have you forgotten everything that I so vividly remember?
