My best idea is focused soley for Americans and it would be for adults, before having children, to recognize their pending obligation for the childs security, feeding, clothing and education. This of course followed by when a child is born to assume absolute responsibility for security, food, clothing and educating that child. Americans so cry, "...for the children..." yet so many don't take this into account prior to activity which results in a child and then once born do not assume accountabilitty. Imagine all the problems which would not emerge if adults [parents] acted like responsible adults.
