Wow....this is the first time in recent memory the Government has taken any steps to protect it's citizens. In every other decision in recent memory law enforcement has been given carte blanche to do whatever they feel like in the misguided name of "homeland security." If law enforcement has the need to read your emails (or the letters in a shoebox in your closet) they should have an impartial third party (like a judge) agree that their intentions and basis is legit.....it doesn't take long to get a warrant.......now lets rethink the drones flying over us. They were built to be spyplanes, which is exactly what they will do....Cops don't need spyplanes
