This was supposed to be the year, the year we finally had some shooters on this team, but this is shaping up to be one of the worst shooting teams in team history. LOL. Last in the NBA in 3 point shooting, they shot 27% from behind the arc tonight. Dreadful. They even miss layups and close in shots with regularity. And without a real defensive presence in the paint, this could be another long year. And when your supposed ballhandlers Ridnour and Shved kick the ball away 8 times between them.....Hurry back Ricky. We're lost without you. This was a very winnable game. But when Love shoots 3-12, and Pek 5-13, something is wrong. It will take time, and we will get better, but this is hard to watch right now.

This is typical of MN sport teams...they usually end up at a bottom of the barrel.

Were not hearing much about it but, I remember hearing last year, that Rubio was unlikely to be 100% for this entire year with this type of injury, and we'll have to wait till 2014 to see him at full strength. I guess we'll see.. I still think they made a mistake to go with a "win now" strategy by signing all of these above average, but not superstar caliber players. Even though it had not worked out in the past to hopefully nurture a few superstars, they should have continued with that philosophy because that's the only way they would have a shot of winning the whole thing...which should be their goal. They should have never gotten rid of Beasley in my opinion because of his upside potential. I see them as only having one superstar on the team and that is Kevin Love. I think there is way too much hype surrounding Ricky Rubio. His quickness is average at best and his shooting is horrific. In my opinion he will never be an all star caliber player. Schved to me has some real potential, but he is the only other player on the roster that I think has a chance to be great, and that includes Derrick Williams.

It's hard to be overly critical of Adelman because of the injuries he's had to deal with, but that being said, I can't stand the way he is using this roster right now. In no reality should Luke Ridnour be the primary ball controller on a team. When he has the ball, very few good things happen. We've already seen Shved show the ability to make plays for his teammates in pick-n-roll game, but for some reason, Adelman is not putting the ball in his hands. Not saying Shved has played great, but for now, he is undoubtedly our best offensive playmaker and we have to use him. Also, Josh Howard has done squat, give Williams a chance, he's looked good in his last 2 outings. I like Adelman, but some of these rotations and decisions have been very questionable this year.
