Wolves clipped 101-95 in Los Angeles, finish 1-3 on road trip

A Wolves team missing starter Andrei Kirilenko -- the all-purpose forward whom Rick Adelman 24 hours earlier called his team's "glue" -- pushed the Clippers to the final moments before losing.

This would be a good team IF they could just stay healthy....

1-3 roadtrip. they need to play 3-1 at home to be a .500 team. hows that going?

Another loss, a below .500 record and that is good to hear as it means that it is just the same old, same old Wolves. They had me worried there for a moment with their nice start during the first half-dozen games but now they are well back on track towards being eliminated from the playoffs in record time.

Lee is looking more and more comfortable every game. Team needs to shoot better than 38 percent to win though...can't rely on Love's foul drawing ability to stay in games.

All we need is someone who can shoot the ball with the accuracy of Chris Paul. I wonder sone times if the Wolves spend more time playing cards and other B.S. then practicing shooting. Most the time they look terrible. I know Pec makes a few shots, but he misses a lot's more.

Pek just had a bad game offensively. He was just off for a night. He was there defensively multiple times though. Liked his effort on that end. Played Blake very well.

Rick Adelman is obviously a good coach. But why sit D Williams the whole game, let Kirilenko play 44 minutes and then lose him for this game because of back spasms? I don't get it.

Oscar - Adelmen said he couldn't risk sitting AK two nights ago because he was afraid his back would tighten up if he sat him and wouldn't be able to return to the game.

I like Shved a lot, and Lee as well. Shved should be shooting all techical fouls when he's on the floor. Howard will, hopefully, start hitting some of his shots once the rust wears off. A couple of made shots by him would have helped. I didn't expect the Wolves to win, even while watching the game, especially knowing what Chris Paul could and would do when the game was on the line. But they played hard and are still learning how to play together. So far, there's been 1000 percent improvement over last year, and with all the injuries and only having fourteen or so games under their belt, I am more than satisfied with how they are playing as a team, and where they are at in terms of wins and losses. Don't ever remind me of this, but I think we fans could practice a little more patience. The shipped has been righted, which is the first step, and is being tugged to sea. A little health, the return of Rubio, more gelling time...

The negativity in some of these comments is just ridiculous to me (notsid, cavell, et al) Considering this team's injuries, they are doing fine. The season is young, and they pushed one of the best teams in the West to the final seconds. The Wolves are missing a dominant shooting guard, but all things considered they are OK, and will likely make the playoffs.
