Ugh, so mad at myself for clicking on this tripe, but it does prompt a question - what is the difference in outcomes for either party for a divorce or an annulment by fraud? Just curious what is to gain/lose by either side which would be the cause for dragging this out.

I'm glad that some things like the Kardashian divorce trial are being scheduled for AFTER the Mayan (or is it the Aztec) calendar ends. Might save us from having to go through it.

He has just as much right to put his case together. While I believe an annulment and divorce are essentially the same, I do belive in certain circumstances that an annulment is not unwarranted. If she did go into this legal document fraudulently then it was never legit and never a marriage. Theres the difference

The difference between the divorce and an annulment is the pre-nup. If it ends in divorce then the pre-nup goes into effect, if it's annuled then the pre-nup is invalid. Invalid pre-nup means more cash to divide up in a no-fault state. She has more assets than he does...cha-ching!

If the marriage is based on fraud, it never occurred. The Church, probably Kris', would want this outcome for him to have a clean slate and marry again. He probably wants to get back his financial input into something that never existed.

The person with zero talent, skills, and no real job or the guy who actually works for a living? Kim's got a remaining shelf life of 6 years max so she had better figure out something new to do soon.
