Maybe some of the 200 Wild employees whose salaries are getting whacked by 20% could turn for financial help to Ryan Suter and Zach Parise--each now $10 million richer though they've not yet played a minute for the Wild. At least then Suter and Parise could feel like they're doing something productive for the team.

Dear Craig Leipold, As a season ticket holder, I am demanding a 20% refund in the price of my season tickets. Let me explain. You see, this past year, I way overspent my household budget. It was not my fault. My neighbors bought a Porshe, so I had to buy a Porshe. My neighbors also bought a fancy boat, so I had to buy a fancy boat. I was just "competing" in the marketplace of my neighborhood, so it really wasn't my fault I overspent. Hence, I am demanding a 20% reduction in the price of my Wild season tickets. I know that I already agreed to pay full price in my season ticket agreement, but I refuse to pay full price, now that I've overspent. By granting me my 20% refund in my season tickets, this should solve my overspending problem next year. Thank you, x

Maybe the players union should pay these employees or the overpaid players.

Well, this is now taking money out of the pockets of the people who keep the Wild hockey experience running for all of us fans. I really believe that the Wild jersey hanging in the X, with the name FANS and the number 1 on the back should be removed. The people who pay for the tickets, merchandise, etc. are the ones that are not being considered in all of this lockout. Until the NHL, owners and players can put the fans and the support people ahead of themselves, each and every NHL team that claims that the fans are number 1 should stop making that claim and when they are finished whining about their billions, and come to an agreement, then they can EARN the fans respect. Until that time, they should not be out there touting that the fans are number 1, or that they love their fans, or any such statement. And when you do finally get back to work, pay your support workers an extra 20% until their salaries are made up for what they missed.

Why do people continue to blame the players? They are locked out, why can't people understand that ? It is not a strike. They were on only 182 million apart and the owners refused to negotiate. This is the 2nd time in Bettmans tenure that there was a work stoppage! They got what they wanted last time and are back trying to take more. Time for the owners to take a look at what they are doing to the game and the people who rely on these teams playing!
