I thought UMN policy forbid playing teams with Indian names?

They won't schedule a game against Indian names willingly. The B1G/ACC challenge is their choice. Go back to your hole.

sfod93.....The Seminole Tribe has given their permission to use their name as the Florida State mascot. By the way, Florida State is known as the Seminoles NOT the Fighting Seminoles.

I love watching Rodney play. Even if he's not the star of the game, you can be sure he'll make a few amazing plays.

I thought the Gophers lacked execution and were too sloppy with the ball down the stretch. They need to clean up the mistakes and play with more tenacity on defense, otherwise it will be a long Big Ten season.

Wonder if Tubby Ruesse will have anything nice to say about the Gophers. They really played well and should be fun to watch this year.

Did anybody else notice the calm leadership on the floor when the 'noles made that run? Thats something we havent seen from the Gophers in a while. Usually the other squad would show fight, and then the Gophers would crumble. Not tonight. They pushed back, and then Mr. Williams put the KO down with that dunk. I hope this continues. Good luck, boys!
