A young man of conviction...and no Hollywood career in his future.
mostly all the prime time shows are the same sexual innuendo and have been for a long time now, ain't know going back to "Leave it to Beaver" being innocent .
Let's see: he's urging viewers to stop watching the show, insists that the show is a violation of his new-found religious convictions and has no plans to leave the show or break his lucrative contract. Can you say hypocrit? Or maybe, just confused. Let's go with the gentler interpretation.
I don't doubt his conviction of faith (and in a way I applaud it), but he collected checks from the "filth" after his epiphany, therefore rings of hypocrisy.
he is totally correct...the show should not be on T.V....I am apalled at what the t.v. stations allow nowadays.....dreadful!
Geez louise! The kid is only 19 years old. He's still wet behind the ears. And now the 7th Day Adventists have their hooks into him. I feel sorry for him. Sounds like he is confused and unstable and is trying to find some kind of security through religion. Usually a mistake.
I hate that show, it is sophmoric humor, but I certainly don't think it glamorizes that over-sexed life style. If anything the show does a great job of showing how pathetic the life style really is...and that isn't against God's teaching.
I agree that the show is pretty filthy, but there are worse on CBS. Two Broke Girls for example is really disgusting.
CBS's "other" smut comedy, Two Broke Girls, has passed 2 1/2 Men as filthiest show on primetime free TV. Wait, did I just write "free"?! You almost need cable, dish or satellite to get any TV anymore. So, I guess the major networks feel smut is what's needed to compete with cable. These programs need to be on after 9 PM.
Yeah this young guy has a good head on his shoulders! First of the show that provides him with fame and fortune is "filth" and god "protected" him by allowing him to remain a virgin... There is a tremendous amount of filth in his head but I suspect most of it was planted there by his Christian friends at the church.
