Once they have a nuke and the world knows it, the power is also in the blackmail ability. It gives Iran impunity to do whatever they want with conventional forces. After all, who wants to tick off a man with the power to destroy anything he wants......or anything a group who purchases one wants. Who would call the bluff of a group that threatens to eliminate New York City???

...and nObama's response is predictably: "Stop, or we'll say STOP, again!"

it is scary in today's world that people don't understand history and human nature. what do you really think Iran will do with having the bomb? become peaceful? really? Leaders of countries historically were willing to let themselves be destroyed because they could not obtain their own goals. Look at Hitler and Germany. Germany failed Hitler, so he let it burn down.

The diagram was leaked by officials from a country critical of Iran's atomic program to bolster their arguments that Iran's nuclear program must be halted before it produces a weapon Hmmmm...I wonder who this could be?

Once again, Obama and Biden are right on top of the issues. What were you Obama voters thinking? This is the real World, and you re-elected a proven failure. While Netanyahu is in New York, Obama is on the View, and then on to MTV. God help us all......even you fools who voted for this clown.

Obviously, an underground, fortified nuclear plant is overkill for development of medical isotopes, but I question what Obama-bashers would have the President do. Do we really want another war in the Middle East while our economy still has a long way to go to recovery? First, Iran is four times the size of Iraq; we likely don't know where all the facilities are, and we may not be able to blow up the most hardened ones. Second, the Iranian people have no love for their regime, but nothing would change that faster than an attack by the US. Third, Iran currently may only want the knowledge to build a bomb, but if we attack they'll certainly build one and have a motive to use them. Fourth, Iran and its allies aren't pushovers that will easily go away. Our neocon war with Iraq that "ended" with "Mission accomplished" ended up costing 5000 American lives, eight more years and over a trillion dollars. Iran is a much bigger country and has three times the population. Think, armchair generals. If you want to start another war, be prepared to man up, grab a gun and go over there.
