Just another push to take money from the haves and distribute it to the beaurocrats. Given that warming stopped 16 years ago, just why are we discussing this? Man-made warming is the biggest dollar scam ever perpetrated on mankind.

This will never happen. China, Japan and Canada are out for good. By the way, anyone take note of the fact that Al Gore quietly removed several slides from his apocalyptic presentation? Turns out that hurricanes are less frequent and less severe than ever. Ouch.

So now we are down to two countries, two major countries that are still willing to support this sham. Why is this still being pushed? Are there to many people dependent on it? Time to start facing the fact that nobody cares.

Poor countries are poor primarily because they have social, economic and moral structures that have never been successful. It has nothing to do with "global warming."

Is this it? Is this the final determination on global warming? Hurricane Sandy is the evidence needed to prove all the global warming naysayers wrong? Wow, I am so glad to hear this so we don't have to squander anymore money on studies and research to develop statistics that the earth is either warming or it is cooling. What a relief...

All other natural disaster were coincidence..... Not this one......things are getting SCARY!!!! Can we have some more grant (aka tax money) for our studies? I'm convinced there are far more stupid people than intelligent people left on Earth.
