"Where is the fed's magical money going to come from?"_________ Let's just put it on the credit card from The Bank of China.

Where is the fed's magical money going to come from?**********You people just can't get it can you . It's on a tax of people making over $200,000.00 a year . People that are plump by a life of excess paid in part by you and me to compensate for the trillion dollars a year they get in tax breaks.
Minnesota's already received 9 million in reimbursement money from insurance companies exceeding the 80/20 rule. This mean that insurers cannot spend more than 20 cents of each premium dollar on profits, advertising, administration, etc. If they do exceed this amount, it has to by law be reimbursed to the states.
Yes,a trillion dollars over 10 years seems like a lot. That is $100 a hundred billion dollars per year. On the other hand, the military budget is $700 billion a year and doesn't help 40 million people get health insurance.
