More out of control spending by the goptp. When will they stop bleeding the taxpayer dry with frivilous law suits?

Remember, Obamacare was NOT declared Constitutional. The swing vote by Chief Justice Roberts only stated that this was a TAX, and as such cannot be challenged until someone is forced to pay it. Another challenge could come next year.

Sounds like "Liberty" just wants a religious exemption from Obamacare, to complement their religious exemptions from taxes, the draft, and many laws and regulations.

How can a non profit college afford such a law suit? If they can afford it, they can pay taxes.

"More out of control spending by the goptp. When will they stop bleeding the taxpayer dry with frivilous law suits?" -- I guess they can just start demanding recall elections instead line the Dems. How much taxpayer money did that waste?

Just remember that no tax will ever be levied against any religious church. That one is right in the consitution. So it is right for a church, any church, to take this to court. More Americans are against Obama care than people want it. That is the truth.

This isn't a church, it's a college. And it's not suing because it's being taxed, it's suing because it doesn't want to provide certain health care coverage to its employees.

How many times did the goptp controlled house vote in the last 2 years to vote down Obamacare? 33 times. Who paid for their waste of time? The taxpayer.

Who paid for their waste of time? The taxpayer.----------Nope, wrong again. Congress was trying to save money. Yes the taxpayer is paying for it. The IT is the 2.7 TRILLION more in taxpayer money going to worse health care called Obamacare! BTW, those house members, they get paid whether they are putting together 30 Jobs bills that Reid would not even put to the Senate, or if they read the paper.
