The University of Minnesota is going downhill faster and faster. Number 1 is the health of the Coach. Coach Kill is over his head. How was he hired when his health problem? Was this condition known? If so, why was he even hired? In todays world of attracting players, the head coach is the top dog. How can he recurit players when he cannot drive to see them? What top player would even consider going to a school when the head coach is a question mark? Health wise and program wise, this gentleman should not be coaching in the Big Ten. He has proven that. He chickened out and paid a team 800 thousand dollars not to play us. Now, the Big Ten is considering adding two more teams to the List to bring the total of teams to 16. One of those teams being considered is NC, will he want to pay them not to play also. That act alone should be cause to get rid of the AD and the coach and his fallback staff. I talked to an All State Player this morning from Wi that said he would never consider going to Minnesota to play with the current situation there. And this guy is a sure bet somewhere. He is looking at Stanford or Harvard, etc. It is too bad to be a Gopher Fan and have to live year after year with the terrible football. Good thing there is Basketball and Hockey, both Men and Women to hold our interest because if it was only football, goodbye. I read a comment in one article that said the Kill had an extension on his contact. Is the true? If so, someone is dumber than my long lost pet rock.

Mr. Teague. Mr. Kill is not going to be able to recurit top level recuirts ever. With his health problems not one will take a chance on Minnesota. Heathly as a horse. Good. Put him out to pasture while he can enjoy life munching on grass or whatever. Like I said I talked to two all state football players this morning at basketball practice and neither one would attend Minnesota because of the history of the coach and his illness. Mr Norwood Teague, check on how many horses are coaching in the big ten?

At the start of the Mineke Muffler bowl, mid-field at the opening festivities when the coaches shake hands. Kill hits the dirt.

Who cares? Gophers will never be relevant in football. No way no how. And if you think they will then you are seriously and certifiably in denial.
