Mayor Coleman has not only brought a fresh eye and creative thinking to St. Paul but has surrounded himself with staff and volunteers who have the knowledge and talents to join him and creating and achieving all kinds of beneficial results for our city -- somehow -- in spite of the annual LGA cuts made by Pawlenty.
