Even though she's 93 and officially retired as hospital administrator in the 1980s, Sister Generose Gervais is conducting business from her office most days.

I know Sr. Generose and she is genuine in her love of her calling and delightful to all she meets. Her joy comes through. She embodies the Spirit of Mayo Clinic "the needs of the patient come first." Wouldn't it be better if all hospitals and people were like this?
