Arkansas votes against marijuana and the University of Arkansas fires Petrino but somehow Clinton has his way when he was governor and the internet did not influence officials. The question is whether this is good or bad for society??? Since we are born with original sin, it will only get worse as long as everyone has the opportunity to be the first to report it.
