Five players scored as the Gophers rolled past the Catamounts and extended their unbeaten streak to five.

The Gophers are definitely picking up the pace the past few games, and I thought it was a great team effort this evening. Now, they just have to repeat that same effort tomorrow night. As long as they do repeat that same effort, and not take the Catamounts for granted, the Gophers SHOULD prevail and they'll come home with a much-needed sweep.

Vermont is ranked 50th..yes 50th in the RPI. This should be an easy sweep. I was actually surprised they played the Gophers as tough as they did and the shots on goal disparity was MUCH closer than I expected.
