Great. Another sub-90 mph fastballer that pitches to contact. Where do I go to NOT sign up for season tix?

Not only that buy Ryan is back to his old habit of "DUMPSTER DIVING". Not a good habit if you want to win and improve your pitching staff. Qaulity arms Terry not retreads.

"Meet the new boss, same as the old boss".

Doesn't surprise me at all. This is typical Twins "stuff".

The Twins #1 starter would be a number 4 or 5 on some teams, and wouldn't make the rotation on a lot of others..

There's no amount of money the Twins could offer a free agent that would overshadow the fact that they will not win the World Series next fall. Most quality free agents would choose less money from a team with a legitimate shot at the postseason than to take big money to play with a team that will do well to get to .500. The only route for the Twins at this point is to get acceptable stopgap players until they are able to draft or trade for prospects that develop into good starters. Not exciting for the short term but that's what we've got and we just have to try to make the best of it.

Do it! Rather see Myers pitch than Esmerling Vasquez. Maybe he does well and you flip him for prospects in July.

Sounds like the Twins are motivated by desperation rather than thoughtful inspiration. Typical Ryan/Twins stuff.Ryan also sounds testy. As if he's really working so hard when he's accomplishing next to nothing. Its looking more and more like another upcoming 90+ loss campaign in 2013.

Another one off the junk heap. Makes it that much easier to not watch the Twins. The Pholads must be laughing all the way to their banks.

Sign him up, then go after an established frontline pitcher. We need lots of arms.
