Interesting the press never mentions the possibility that fewer unwanted pregnancies due to the availability of birth control and legal abortion have contributed to lower crime rates over time. Sounds crazy but it does make sense when you look at the graphs.

Birth control paid for by people who work for a living has zero to do with it. A bloated Federal Government with more Federal employees then ever making six figures is why the murder rate is plummeting. These Federal employees want and can afford nice homes, nice neighborhoods and nice shopping malls. The city is being rebuilt and revitalized on the backs of the nations taxpayers while the poor are being pushed out.
