Administration is a roadblock to rollout of new safeguards.
"The Obama administration continues to drag its feet on a landmark consumer-protection law that could have made this week's Thanksgiving feast, leftovers and snacks considerably safer to eat."
Wrong! Our Dear leader, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-giving omnipotent......, "The One" would never do this, this must certainly be a lie from the conservative controlled media and conservative controlled Strib. Our Dear Leader can do no wrong, he knows all and what is right. I am eagerly awaiting the largest tax increase in this "nation's" history come January 1st which will raise taxes on everyone, especiallly the lower income brackets who have not paid their fair share, as well families, investments - dividends, estates. Our Dear Leader through his wisdom is making things so much better, right?
Another boondoggle another day. Soon we will no longer need to think.
Pretty misleading premise. The author states that Obama's administration is holding up this legislation - but also states that his administration is the one that wrote it, that Obama signed it, and that he supports it. Hmmmm. It sounds as if the author is hoping we are too stupid to understand the process of these things. Sorry, didn't work.
Love to see the Conservatives blaming Obama for NOT increasing regulations.
Interesting. So the Administration is dragging it's feet on implementing laws that will make our leftovers safer. Yet another sign that Obama & Co. Did learn some valuable lessons during his first term. Any move against nanny-statism is a good move.
Yes! another 1000 pages of expensive, profit eating government regulations ought to have this economy back on its feet in no time.
