Why dont you ask his feelings about moving into his house? "Honey, I just dont see the point of paying for two households, what do you think if we moved into your house and shared the expenses?" Thats a good start. My fiance and I were together a long time living together but with separate homes, when he was ready to combine, we did, until then we took care of our separate homes (again, we essentially lived together).

As a prechers child, I would be honored to have my father officiate. It is possible the preacher to walk the bride down the ailse and to officiate too:)
