Uhhhh, why are they not suing al-Qaeda for damages? They are the responsible party for 100% of everything that happened that day. Ridiculous. Oh, right, and don't mind the 2800 people that got murdered...just sue for monetary compensation from any entity remotely connected to that day. Outstanding PR maneuver.

How much money do lawsuits like this suck out of the economy every year? How many millions, or even billions, do companies spend every year defending themselves against these kinds of ludicrous lawsuits, instead of hiring workers and developing new products?
