Excellent job! I hope that is the only one of Wilt Chamberlain's records the young man attempts to break.

> "It felt like anything I tossed up was going in," Taylor told The Associated Press. < Well, 52 of 108 means just under half of what you tossed up was going in. It'd be interesting to hear what the rest of the 'team' thought of the performance.

I am more impressed by the kid who went 34-44.

This should not be a record - this was an exhibition game. First Baptist Bible isn't even in the NCAA. They are in the NCCAA. The National Christian College Athletic Association. They are way overmatched even by an NCAA Division III team like Grinnell.

Wow!!! what a ball hog. I couldnt imagine being a teammate with this guy to say what ever he tossed up went in. That's not what i say is a very good percentage. Like one post says "sounds like an exibition"

This is sad. It isn't anything to celebrate. The coach should be fired. That isn't a team. That is one guy hogging the basketball and the rest of the team watching.

And so his new nickname, "Jack the Chucker" was born. Cripes! Nobody else was open for a pass on those 108 shots? His teammates must be thrilled playing with this guy.

I'm surprised he was in the game enough to do this. Grinnell's coach has a system that's flat-out run and gun. Typically they go at top speed till they're gassed and substitute all five players and keep repeating the process.
