Who elected Grover Norquist? Any elected official that pays any attention to what he says instead of what the voters said should be summarily kicked to the curb. If Republican's continue their obstructionist ways they will pay the price in 2014.

I really hope that this non-elected official slowly loses influence on our government. I also truly hope that since the election, compromise is no longer a dirty word among republicans.

How about an article letting us know how rigid Obama and the Democrats are against any real spending cuts. Like to see their hit list to reduce spending in 2013....not empty promises of cuts over the next decade.

The biggest problem with tax increases is that it all gets spent. No fiscal restraint in our Federal representatives.

Let the democrats write the bill language for tax increases and let the Republicans write the bill language for spending cuts.

Over the cliff. Let's go. Most of us won't feel it. The truth is that the people fighting so hard to keep their free ride going (defense contractors, corporations to name a few) while the rest of us flounder in this mess they created. I'm ready to co over the cliff, are you?

Is "republican" the new dirty word? Why does he keep referring to them as "R's"? I'm glad they're sticking to their guns. After a few more election cycles, they'll be extinct.

Romney voter. Tax increase supporter. Where do I fit in Mr. Norquist? And there are many more like me.
