Ballot error muddies District 8B legislative race, won by one vote

About 35 ballots may have to be tossed out.

I am a democrat, but if some people from 12B voted in 8B by a mistake, those votes should be thrown out, no rational case can be made otherwise. It was a mistake, fix it and make it right, then do the recount.

"those votes should be thrown out, " There is no way to determine which ballots are "those" votes. This is the same problem with intentional voter fraud. Even if detected, it is impossible to undo the fraud. Unless you want to remove the anonymity of voting.

I am also a Democrat and believe that if an error was made, then the ballots should not count. I would also comment that this appears to be an honest mistake, not a "voter fraud" case, as I am sure all the Republicans would like to make it out to be...
