Leslie Frazier knows how to be a head coach in the NFL. He knows what's important. He has the respect of his players. I expect him to be the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings for a long time to come. Seems like another Bud Grant-type coach in his demeanor, and style of football team he is developing. It's very encouraging for the future of the Minnesota Vikings to have a quality-guy at Head Coach. Regardless of how well they do this season, and I'm optimistic, Frazier is a keeper for the long-term.
