This team starts to stink really bad! What a bunch of losers.

You need to play more than two quarters of quality basketball to win games; two on and two off just won't do it. But despite losing, what a great opportunity for Adelman to observe all these players on the floor and see who deserves to remain on the team after the A-list comes back, and who will be sent packing. I have a feeling there will be some surprises.

This team will be OK. After Love got hurt, I predicted they'd be .500 until he and Rubio returned and improve upon that. It looks like that's the sort of team they will most likely be. After Love and Rubio return, it only gets better. Acquiring Howard, by the way, was a great move--probably the one they should have made over B-Roy in the first pace.

They played well in the first half for awhile... especially when Howard came in for 6 minutes. After that ... not so much. Until we get starters back playing we aren't going to beat anyone. We lost to Charlotte and G.S. and those are very average teams... non-playoff teams. If this line-up goes against playoff teams we are looking at 20 point losses ... easily. Pek, Barea, and Roy need to come back next week against Denver or it will be three losses in a row at home. Losing these games at home against very pedestrian teams could really hurt them in the end.

After watching the past 2 games, it looks to me like Pekovic is the Wolves current MVP! We were holding our own just fine without our two top stars until Big Pek went down. Now we can't quite get over the hump. I'm glad Adelman rested the "only somewhat injured" bunch this week. Now, with 4 days off, they will have some more time to heal. This team will be fine. They just need to get healthy.

They had Love and "Peck" last year and look what they did....Why does everyone thjink that Buddinger is our savior...Mediocre player on MEDIOCRE TEAM...

How is an 8 point loss a TKO? Factor in 6 of your top 9 players are injured and did not play....

I agree with the measured posters here. It's tough to compete with match up problems when you don't have your depth available. It's most noticeable at the point (Ridnour has real trouble with his defense against starting caliber points and gets broken down constantly) and in the paint(we're getting killed on second chance points). If we can hang around .500 until we get (in particular) Pek, Love and Rubio healthy, we'll be fine.
