This has and always was about shoveling money into Zygi Wilf's pocket. There's no real reason to spend a billion $ to replace a building that has a new roof and playing surface. If the team wants more than Zygi could remodel it to his liking. Now that many of the traitors that voted for this have been unseated and the true purpose has been unmasked, it is time to revisit the whole thing and repeal the stadium bill for the good of both the taxpayers and the fans.

All Dayton is up to here is covering his butt. He signed the bill but didn't know what was in it. Don't forget this in 2014. He must be defeated.

This governor is such a space cadet it is unbelievable. It is absolutely embarrassing that the voting public in Minnesota decided that he is fit to lead anything. How about reading what you are signing off on prior to actually putting pen to paper?

I've read the legislation, and it seems clear to me. Maybe Dayton should read things before he signs them.

We get it Dayton, you're an everyman... And everyman with a net worth more than most of us will make in our lifetimes, but you're an everyman. Put away the political hay making machine. Nobody's buying it.

I was dead set against this boondoggle from day one. ANY licenses should be returned to the residents of Minneapolis, because they are the ones hardest hit by this fiasco, and are the least likely to benefit from the stadium..

What does the contract state? If it doesn't say that can't or it specifies they can, I believe the NFL with its legal army will win that argument in a heartbeat. If the Wilfs have the right per the agreement, than all Gov Dayton is doing is blowing hot air, trying to make himself more endeared to the "little" guy but in the end he's simply showing his ignorance. Words and contracts mean things. Buck up Gov. Go find an issue you can have an impact on. I know it might take some time, but give it the old college try. What a simpleton.

Governor Dayton, It's clearly written on page 22 of the contract YOU signed. Get your facts straight, or understand what you agree to.

This is another reason why politicians should read bills and understand them BEFORE voting on them or signing them into law.
