before the killing of the Hamas terrorist leader that precipitated the current escaltion, Hamas had already launched more than 800 missiles into Israel this year through October. Can anyone imagine how much of Juarez would be standing if La Raza had launched 800 rockets into El Paso this year? Bill G.
Not that I enjoy hearing about people being killed but.....does anyone else think their war tactics could use a little improvement? 150 rockets and only 3 deaths? I'm thinking I could beat this army using a hand gun with that kind of accuracy.
How many years has this back and forth been going on? 3000? And we continue to believe things will eventually change?
I mean, geeze, Palestine. Don't you know those rockets are just you stating your impotent manhood? Can you even get it up? Give it a rest!!
We can only pray that we learned our lesson in Iraq and Afghanistan. US out of the middle east. All of it. Including Israel. We are not the worlds' police force.
I'm not a military guy, but 150 rockets only killed 3 people? Seems like more people than that get killed at Mall of America every year.
ruphina, El Paso isn't stealing/settling land this not theirs and blocking food/medical supplies. your comparison offers no real parallel structure to what is going on in the ME. if Israel would get back to '67 borders, the Pals wouldn't be to t-offed. it's really very simple, unless you're attempting illegal "land creep." in any event, i agree with other posters here: let Israel fight its own tedious squabbles. we've done quite enough over there.
We can only pray that we learned our lesson in Iraq and Afghanistan and Somalia and Yemen and Lebanon and Bosnia and Haiti and Libya and Viet Nam and....
150-rockets per 3-people = 50Rockets/person. When I got hunting with my .308 it's akmost always one shot, one kill.
Hey Strib: How about some reporting on our own war fronts for a change?
