Witnesses followed and saw the man begin to remove some of the girl's clothing, he said. What? Witnesses saw this happen and saw him start to remove her clothes, but did NOTHING? And we are talking supposedly more than one witness. If I was alone I would have tried to stop him, why didn't multiple people gang up on him? I don't get it. I hope it is a false story or those people are going to be feeling pretty bad.... or then again maybe not.
