I'm having a little trouble with the math in the following paragraph in the story: 'Seven out of 10 companies responding to our survey reported that they enjoyed "about the same" access to capital as they did a year ago. One in four said that capital was harder to obtain.' 110%? I thought only athletes were capable of that. It makes me hold the rest of the numbers suspect.
