How about adoption services. That would be the logical choice.

The point of this type of school is so that teen mothers can raise their own children and still get an education. Why would you imply that adoption is a "logical choice" when these mothers have obviously decided to raise their children. Seems like a very disrespectful and ignorant comment to make!
