Dont worry, they wont even notice he is gone. McHale was a good player in Boston, but that's where it all ended.. He was hands down the worst GM in NBA history.

Fluxer: got us Garnett and KLove. Had a nice core there until Spree and Cassel got stupid. We would've had a nice run if that group had stuck together for a few years. Same if Marbury hadn't been completely stupid.

@scott5534 another website stated that the reason for the leave of absence is that Kevin McHale's daughter is ill.

Klove trade hasn't worked out. He's been hurt all year and OJ Mayo is averaging 23 points a game with Dallas this year
