My wife does it buckled in, but maybe like she does he was praying for a safe landing.
And no mention of the faith of this religous soul. Was this not released or was it ignored by the reporting news organization? Which God was this traveller praying to?
ten to one the guy sues because he was insulted, offended and embarrassed because of the airlines attitude towards his religion.
He has no case failure to follow crew member instructions is a felony.
You can tell by what's not included in this story, who it is, what they're up to, ethnicity, etc. Thanks for protecting us Mainstream Media, but we all know what's going on. You've conditioned us all to read between the lines.
Roymercer...the FBI hasn't released details...but if you don't like the way this PRIVATE FREE ENTERPRISE business reports the news you are free to stop being a customer.
dtmonkeyboy - it was written by AP and passed along by the strib as are many of it's articles.
Real media would ask any of the 100+ passengers what happened, not wait for the sanitized government report. Still, we all know what's going on. Information supression by the media works for a little while, then the truth leaks out. Thank God for the Internet.
Just to be different. How would we feel if the man turned out to be a white middle-aged programmer who wrote the code for the landing sequence on the new Dreamliner :)
"Just to be different. How would we feel if the man turned out to be a white middle-aged programmer who wrote the code for the landing sequence on the new Dreamliner :)" - I'd feel surprised. I'd feel relieved. I'd feel more confident that it was just one crazy idiot, and less worried that it was a precursor to something else.
