A look at who is expected to leave the Obama administration in second term

In order to put some meat on the bones of Obama's desire to work together with Republicans, it's important to include some in the cabinet. If possible he should try to get outgoing Senator Dick Lugar (R-IN) and possibly one of the retiring Maine Senators, Olympia Snowe or Susan Collins. Elsewhere, former FL governor Charlie Crist might be available (not technically a Republican anymore but certainly a "reach-out" move.
