PBHO-Care would not exist if it weren't for 1) Voter fraud in the election of Al Franken (Franken's felons) and 2) Chief Justice Roberts completely ignoring Article 1, sec. 7 or the Constitution which addresses the taxing authority of Congress. This second point not only should make this bill automatically unConstitutional, but also makes Robert's own opinion self contradictory and unConstitutional.
