It was a nice tribune to Denny, but the rerun of the election is going to be a waste of money. Even in plush times, wasting money is a bad idea. They have no choice, but this is a case where an "instant runoff" election would have made the rerun unnecessary.

I'd jump at the chance to keep him in the seat, you've got the closest thinkg to an honest candidate who will never make the wrong decision you're ever going to have Rochester.

SO not only can we not ensure that people who vote are legaly entitled to vote, we can't even ensure the people we are electing are eligible. Yep... there sure are no issues with our elections.
