The good news is that money did not buy a President. The bad news is that conservatives continue to paint Obama as a liberal, imploring him to "come to the center." But like bait to an animal, that "center' keeps moving inexorably to the Right. Conservative "think tanks" have used the analogy of the "frog in the pot"; as the heat rises, the victims remain unaware - until it is too late. Perhaps the "frogs" have now been awakened thanks to overreach by those who would police our bedrooms and deny our votes.
