Can the people in the 6th district do the rest of Minnesota and get her out of office. Please! Vote for your dog, a favorite tree, your giant monster truck or a fish. Just get her out of office. Sincerely, the rest of Minnesota.

Jim Graves seems like a very reasonable person. Michelle Bachmann has proven over and over that she is not a reasonable person. The results of this election will show what the folks in this part of the state are really like. I hope they turn out to be reasonable.

Residents of this area ought to be utterly embarrassed if they vote for her.

One thing that got stimulated was Bachman's pork project bridge to nowhere, the mega bridge over the St. Croix which will cost over a billion dollars once it is done. It is ironic that she presents herself as a fiscal conservative and her opponent a sympathizer with big spending liberals but she has broken the back of MNDOT with her pet pork as they now have to upgrad HW 36 to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. meanwhile Graves opposed this rediculous project to send commuters into Wisconsin.

It's 11:30 p.m. and 57 percent of precincts have reported. The race is 50-50 so that's encouraging. I am hoping to wake up in the morning and learn that the Sixth District has finally come to it's senses and returned Mickey to the role of private citizen.

Hoping I can walk into my classroom tomorrow morning and hear my students talking about her term in office finally being over.

Firebrand? Man, you people at the Trib are very, very kind. That alone should blunt any accusation of liberal bias at this paper.

I am proud to have voted for Graves today. Obama, NO, NO, Graves and I think I'll know what a Vikings Super Bowl win would feel like.

Michele Bachmann is easily the most divisive figure to ever be elected from MN. Shame on those that voted to put her fanaticism above the needs of our country. You may deserve her but the rest of us pledge allegiance to our country and not to the dysfunction that Michele represents.

Graves says he is an independent and I think that is just what we need to replace that lady that refuses to compromise and refuses to be part of common sense solutions because unfortunately she has none.
