We should plan to adapt to climate change. With the only solution to CO2 being to use less AND world population doubling faster........it is all a question of when not if. Does it matter if our grandchilden or great-grandchildren meet the worst of climate change????? Time to start diminishing payouts of flood insurance over 40 years and turn flood zones back into open space.
