I thought that AK was a huge factor on Friday with all the smart plays he was making, particularly on the defensive end. I think your being kind to BR though. He missed a lot of open jumpers, and he needs to make those for this team to be successful.

I'm not worried about the open jumpers. Chase missed just as many, if not more, and we know he can shoot. I'd be worried if he played bad D, looked too slow, or missed layups. I only saw one instance of that, maybe two if you count the bobble but he did make the layup after. What I saw was a smart veteran guard who, even with bad knees, could overpower his man on offense and also pass and create for others on the team. Six assists on the night for him, five for Barea, all on one of the worst shooting nights I've seen us have recently. Yum.

Roy and Bud are good shooters. Those shots will eventually fall. Roy was effective in getting good looks for others. Seriously, did anyone see an abundance of bad shots being taken by the Wolves ? I didn't. I'll live with missed good shots over a bunch of bad shots.
