LOL! What a laugh! This "lack of money makes people dumb" argument has been used for decades by the liberal left to justify wealth redistribution (stealing money from those who earn it and giving it to those who didn't earn it). Could it possibly be that the lack of money isn't what is wrong with these people, and the TRUTH of the matter is they are poor because they aren't very bright to begin with? Ya think?
