Sounds like he was killed not for his murders in 1978, but instead for the uprising in 1987. Those who refuse to acknowledge that governments would rather kill than give its citizens freedom are the same people who will willingly give it away next Tuesday. Freedom is more precious than any stone.

@gjacob: Wazir wasn't a citizen of Israel or any other state. He was a murderous terrorist who killed innocent, unarmed civilians and got what he had long deserved. Those who refuse to recognize the difference between a citizen and a terrorist, and a democratically-elected government have no business preaching to others about freedom, elections, or national security!
