Where is the evidence? He is the World's most tested athlete. Is he the only one who was smart enough to beat the tests? Roll out the evidence or let him alone.

Dont these committees have anything better to do then dig up the past. Hey how about preventing it in the future. You have no proof he did it. Move on and prevent it more in the future.
