Hard to believe they can charge you with a felony for MJ; even if you are selling it. It's way past time to decriminalize it. Sadly, the prison industry and law enforcement community will fight it due to the dirty money it generates for them.

Alcohol and Tobacco are still legal, therefore any arguments against the legalization of marijuana for even recreational use are invalid.
