They're aware of his elbow injury but don't dare rule him out of Saturday's showdown.

Robinson is a veteran tough player and will play if at all possible. He is not one of those professional baseball players that can be sidelined for weeks with a torn hang nail or whatever. He will play and I do hope that he does because as a long-time die hard Gopher fan, I want the local lads to play all teams at their best. That is why I am so looking forward to the home and home series with North Carolina in 2013 and 2014 and so happy that Kill has the hard gones to play decent opposition rather than just another East Overshoe Tech like Mason always insisted on playing. Oh, that's right, Kill is so lacking confidence in his recruiting and coaching ability with a big time program that he made the cowardly and stupid decision to take the Tar Heels off of the schedule in favor of some more East Overshoe Techs. That boy is just ready for prime time and may well never be! Everyone shoe wear North Carolina blue and white during the replacement game next fall with yet another East Overshoe Tech to show their displeasure with Kill's stupid and cowardly decision!

missingpoint56. The Dumb decision regarding the Tar Heels that 95% of the fans responding to the Stribs' unscientific poll thought was the wrong way to go may well be yesterday's news but it will come back into play at the time of the replacement game against East Overshoe Tech next fall. Fans that would ahve come to watch a cometitive game with the Tar Heels will come ind roves disguised as empty seats with a resultant serious loss of needed revenue for the athletic department. Lets not get carried away with the success of the not-ready-for-prime time Coach Kill and forget that Coach Mason lost the fans by continually scheduling non-conference East Overshoe Techs in games that no one came to watch with the resultant serious loss in needed AD revenue...plus, of course, his teams could score lots of points but could never stop anyone and could rarely ever hold onto huge leads in important games. It is not unreasonable to expect that the same thing will happen to Kill if he continues down the path of playing more and more East Overshoe Techs just to get an invitation to a nondescript bowl game. I am a die hard long time Gopher fan )about 60+ years) and can remember when they actually played against good teams and played well and were competitive even if thy lost. As Mason found out, die hard and serious fans have little interest in going to watch the Gophers pound on yet another East Overshoe Tech...and, of course, such games put a serious hit on the revenues expected of the football program at a major university.
