Hopefully nordeast doesn't suffer a setback of crime. Nordeast has seen a rebirth the last couple of years, perhaps the bridge to north Minneapolis being down is just a coincidence...

Nice to hear Tom Hoover is alive and well. Tom's dad put king pins in my 40 Ford back in 1967. Great place to go for any kind of suspension work. Hope your business recovers. Gene (now on Fl.)

groover6: 4 years ago Obama and Dayton weren't in office. Pawlenty and Bush were. That's a pretty simple fact that anyone should know. Well, almost anyone.

A liquor store, a Burger King and a wheel alignment shop, that's all the businesses that praise the reopening? I think we are missing a other part a story here.

The old bridge had a steel grate deck and was a nightmare to cross on a motorcycle. I'm glad to see all these bridges getting finished! Lyndale, Plymouth and now Lowry! It will be so much easier to get around. Fewer detours, fewer traffic jams.
